Here is a list of confirmed host site locations.  We are trying our best to place each attendee at a location within 90 minutes of their originating address.  A follow-up survey has been sent to confirm your host site selection and gather any special requests, such as dietary needs or accessibility accommodations. Please keep an eye out for it and respond as soon as possible.

• If you registered prior to July 23rd and haven’t received the survey, please contact Anita Browning.
• If you registered after July 23, you should receive your survey by Tuesday.

All attendees will receive a “Know Before You Go” email confirming their host site address and parking logistics and lunch selection on Wednesday July 30.

Boxed lunch and *CME/CE credits will be available for attendees who participate in the full day event. In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Amedco LLC and Mid-Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center. Amedco LLC is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
